Use of the Licensed App is on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch that you own or control as permitted by the Usage rules set forth in the App Store. Terms of Service You may not copy, distribute, modify, disassemble, or create derivative works based upon this App. Itchy Brains owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights embodied or contained therein. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ITCHY BRAINS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE. Aggregated Usage and App Statistics We may collect anonymous aggregated usage statistics of game play and configuration options. We use this information to determine how users play the App, how often certain features are used, etc. This information is used in aggregate form to help us improve the entertainment value of the App and to set priorities for future features.
